すっごくうまい！
イチジクとワインの組み合わせ。
安いワインが急に格上げ♪
いろいろたて込み予定変更の日々。
ほんとは飲まない方が仕事が捗るのだけれど、えーい！一杯だけ飲んじゃえ！

I really shouldn't have wine tonight since I have more work to do,
but hey girls got to do what girls got to do !

こちらはDJの境香織さんが、
親子で楽しむえほんをピックアップして届けてくださる番組です。
今回砂山恵美子特集をしてくださって
この時期に合うように拙著『ねぶただ』を取り上げて下さいました！
ねぶたのドアップが目印のこの本。
どうも怖い、という子もいるらしいのですが
大きくて怖くて光ってきれいな物体なのです。ねぶたは。
それがぐぐぐっと迫ってくるから
「さっぱど」（さっぱり）するわけなんです
でも中をひらくと、めんこい子どもがたくさん出てきます。
たくさん登場人物が出て来るので
その人にあわせて
境さんが声をかえて読んでくれて
読み聞かせには難しいところも
聞いている人にわかりやすく伝わります。
ほんとに作者冥利につきます！
なぜか、私は毎回境さんが読んで下さる拙著の朗読で
ほろっときてしまいます。
もちろんすごくウレシイからもそうなんですが
懐かしい津軽弁の深い海に浸る感じがあって
ぐっときてしまいます。
自分の本なのですが
大事に読んでもらうと
新しくインスパイアされるところもあって
それが宝物になります。

ガーナの友人が先日みたこともないスパイスを使ってガーナ料理を作ってたのです。
その名も「パラダイスシード」

This player liked the 11 cats by Noboru Baba .( he is one of my god )
saying the football game is played by 11 players, so he learned the team play through this book.
WOW How could I forget football was by 11 !!!

豆腐の唐揚げ fried tofu nuggets
おもしろいレシピを聞いて
さっそく試してみた！
I heard the interesting recipe and I tried it
まずは豆腐を凍らす所から！
First to freeze tofu,
これを解凍、水切りして塩こしょう
粉をつけて 揚げる
ずいぶんスポンジみたいになって水がでる！
After thaw the tofu, salt& pepper after draining and flour then deep fry。
おやおやおや！？
新食感。 鳥皮が揚がったみたいな感じ！
Not bad- not bad at all !
Actually it is like the light chicken nugget
次回はあまり絞りすぎないで
もう少し濃いめの味にしてもいいのかも！
でもおいしい！
Next time I won't squeeze the water off too much
and maybe put more taste--
but this is good !
海２０１４
ばあちゃん子だったので
きっちりお盆は自粛して泳がず。
満を持して今日海に行って来た！
During Bon time ( this is when our ancestors come home-
so my gramma said I should not swim,
because there is the " Lid " in the ocean open wide
which go to the ghosts world )
I didn't go to for swimming.
So today it was my first time to visit beach !
この彫刻、なかなかいい。
立ち姿が漁師のじいちゃんの感じがでてる。
I like this sculpture- the form is well grasped well as an old fisherman-
波が高い！
陸奥湾でばかり泳いでたもので
少々びびる位の波の高さ。
Windy today-and the waves were very strong 
ほんのちょっとだったけど
泳いでさっぱりした！
Dipping in the water really makes me feel so clean !
驚くべき破壊力 destructive power
ものがまともに考えられん！！（いつものことだ、とかいわない！）

小網代の森
三浦ファンの友人から前々から聞いていた小網代の森。
川をつたって森を抜けて、海に出る。
森と海が交差するのが不思議だと。
There is this forest called " KOAJIRO "nearby where I live.
Going along with the river in the forest, and that leads to the sea.
And that combination of the forest and sea makes unique landscape and ecosystem.
高らかにきつねのしっぽのような植物も
にょっきり立って
ちょっとだけ秋っぽい。
This silver-grass looks like fox tail and that reminds me that the summer is getting older.
森に着くまで二度程迷い
畑の道を行きながら、ずんずん進み
森の坂道（深い森でした）
約３０分くらいで、突然出口！
There was no sign for the forest, getting lost about twice,
and went along the farms.
After that is was all going down the slope of the forest,
and suddenly, the SEA !
こちらは海から森をみた様子。
this is the view from the ocean.
yes you can see I couldn't help jump into the water that you can see my shoes .

川には貝が。
The crabs were walking in the forest
and the shells were living in the river.
台風の目のような Typhoon circle
車麩にてミニカレーを作ります。
この麩、すっごくおいしい！Kっちからもらったやつをここぞという時に使っている。
This is like the Typhoon circle, and it is gluten called Fu.
I am making curry with this because it is stormy outside.
こういう常備のものは台風の時安心。
It is nice to have this in stock while shuttered in the house.
ホップは調子を取り戻して来た。いつもの鯛のスープで回復期に入りました。
My dog is getting better with his fish soup.

紫のジャガイモ purple potato
新顔野菜。シャドウカスケード(確か)
The purple potato called " shadow cascade " was on sale at the farmer. 
紫すぎて年配の人は食指が動かないということを聞いた。私はこういうの好き！
当然ながら切っても紫！塩と酢でまず下味をつけて、ポテトサラダにいたします。
She said the older people are not used to them, but me, love to try new thing!
